Hurricane Earl Brings Big Waves and Surfers to Cocoa Beach Pier
Hurricane Earl headed up the Space Coast bringing big waves and surfers to East Coast Beaches and the Cocoa Beach Pier yesterday as Cocoa Beach was gearing up for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Surf Festival.
